1. DO NOT ORDER TAXI FROM HOTEL. We need to leave early 6am to Palais de Chaillot which is only 15 mins drive away. We booked the taxi from the hotel receptionist. And i thought the hotel would have ordered from a legimate taxi company. how wrong was I. it's a SCAMMER TAXI. it charged us 75 euro just for 15 mins ride, which will only cost us less than 20 if metered or uber. the taxi driver had showed us some messages in french showing 75 euro seems like it has been discussed with the receptionist. 2. Our toilet was blocked. so we let the receptionist know on our way out around 9am. When we were back to the hotel at 5pm, nothing has been done. it didn't fix until 2 days later. The worst hotel I have stayed. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Stay away from this hotel.

We were promised a refund as the a/c was broken and had to find alternate Accom. It took 3 mths to get it and a lot of stress. They only wanted to give us 1 night refund. Management was very unhelpful and wouldn’t even help with finding somewhere.

Easily the worst hotel I have ever been to. Completely useless staff who will constantly promise to help you and never actually do anything. Horrible cleaning service that refuses to touch any stains. Extremely dusty rooms on the top floor. A lot of rooms also have a horrible view. The AC has basically never worked here based on other reviews. If they tell you they’ll fix it, they won’t. Very close to shopping areas but the street the hotel is on is filled with homeless people on mattresses since there is a soup kitchen here almost every night. Don’t even think of being outside alone after 9 PM. The breakfast was fine but overpriced and the staff there will constantly patrol you to make sure you don’t take the food with you. Insanely overpriced with almost no benefits. The rooms are tiny and look nothing like the pictures online would suggest. The staff will also go out of their way to put you in the smallest and worst room possible.

We had prepaid, unfortunately, when we arrived on June 7 (departed June 11, 2023). Once in our room, we could hardly breathe since it was so hot. I called the desk and was told, "Well, Madame, the air conditioner is broken." I asked when it would be repaired and was told that since this was the fifth day of its malfunction it would likely be fixed the next day. It wasn't. We had no air conditioning our whole stay. there was no apology or offer of a fan. We bought a fan at the nearby Monoprix, which at least allowed us to breathe. Never prepay at this hotel!

Horrible experience. Room was not ready even by 4 pm. Indolent staff did next to nothing for guests even with extended outage of A/C (and were either untrue or inaccurate about when it would be fixed). It was very hot and A/C was the reason for choosing this property! The bathrooms were not very functional and needed repair and updating. Lift was slow and over-demanded. Breakfast was ok. But we ditched the place and moved after our first night.
